    clio 16v

    early 16v rebuiling clio 1.8 16v with modified crank arrow rods wossner forged pistons arp bolts new oil pump modified baffled sump puma racing big vavle head still deciding on cams[piper ones made but incorrect lift] kent pulleys[also special edition chocolate ] bb turbo kit[with larger turbo and injectors] williams rebuilt uprated gearbox with gripper diff and b+m shifter paddle clutch leda coilovers wide track kit 325mm discs and alloy four pots 18 8.5 inch rims azev a,s 215/35 18[ may go down a size] maxi body kit with loads of mods full mongoose stainless system weld in cage front and rear strut braces cobra seats focal and genesis ice[font components 2 10" subs two genesis amps alpine headunit still not installed]

    looks smart as fook mate, exactly the kind of thing i wanna do to an f7r when i got the time and money!! labour of love n all that!!

    just outta interest how much has all the engine work cost u so far n what u done urself n what u 'contracted' out?

    done most of it myself except machining and cylinder head work. all the rest myself . used to be a mechanic. but engine building with parts that havent gone together before is a different ball game. like the cams. spoke to piper explained what i was doing and left it up to them. cams delivered . then i measured them and now i believe they have to much duration and not enough lift. decused this with ben R and david at puma racing and they tend to agree. there goes 584 notes. as to cost proberly around six grand . a lot less if i got it right first time. still i enjoy spannering in my time off and the builds become a bit of a challenge now. hope to get it finished by march depending on the cams and pulleys.

    You really need to get down to a meet tommo I wanna check out your car...have'nt seen it since fcs.

    naples red colour coded bump strips
    re-built hill power 1.8 16v engine
    full magnex exhaust
    wolfrace voodoos
    lowered 45mm front 40mm back
    spax sports springs and dampers
    williamsclio sticker
    little dent in the front of my bonnet
    and phase 1 non colour coded grill as it snapped

    all in all, a sweet mainly standard valver, that goes like stink even with cat on :D
