I've always said the 172 cup is miles ahead of any of the other mk2s tbh I would turn the willy into a dedicated track weapon and use the cup everyday. Would'nt fancy tracking such an expensive car...
true.. i never use the williams anyway except meets and trackdays, i have thought about going for a cage and getting williams wheels on again for track to keep it looking like a williams.

No mot or insurance to pay for ...costs would'nt be bad as long as you have got something to tow with and get a cheap trailer..

I used to have a Cup and would have another but wouldn't sell the Willy for it.

i also used to have a cup. people have mentioned it above as an everyday car but for the 'edge' that you get on the roads id swop for the xenons/climate/half leather really. nice cheap track toy though as they go for 6k now - but i guess you already have that in the willy.

here was my review i did for my webby

As said Cup or Trophy is the only route to go, Cup's are cheap as chips atm and I've been tempted so many times but I wouldn't sell the Williams for one would have to have both but I'm always bothered by all the problems people have had and there all coming out of warrenty now....
