    There isn't really a special finish to them, it must just be the lighting in the picture. I bought them like that anyway, so I haven't a clue what was used. Dancliovalver did them with his mate.

    lol i sprayed these wheels Daz
    i just sanded off all the old gold paint, powder coated them in gloss black (can sprayed the centre caps) then powder coated them with 2 coats of laquor, they cam up pretty well, i was quite happy with them, had em on my valver for a while and looked pretty good
