Was messin about on elephant.co.uk seein what i could afford to insure.

Got these quotes... Ive got 3 ncb and im 23.

Pug gti 98 £573 tpft
Saxo vts 98 £609
Williams 2 94 £719

anyways, i decided to add the gf to the quotes and got.....

Pug gti 98... £470 < £103 saving
Saxo vts 98...£519 < £90 saving
Williams 2 94...£634 < £85 saving

The missus is 23 with 1 year ncb and ive been driving 5 years
I put that she will drive another car on another basis making me the main driver. How the **** do insurance companys come up with there quote?
I will be putting her on it next year lol. well, her or my gran lol whoever is cheaper

got a quote for a BMW z3 for my nxt car when i got 1 yrs ncb. £1400 fully comp.

thats good considering its over 2k now for my valver

lol...sales executive in jan mate, cant turn up to appointments in a valver as im only 20 and they wont take me seriously, so get a z3 and keep valver for weekends and after work

Exactly what I thought. Just save some money and buy a Focus instead...at least it'll handle better than the Z3 :P

only focus i like is the RS and i cant afford one of them.

z3's are only like 8k on ebay for a good'un. plus it is a executive type car...focus is a everyday car. and even tho there more expensive, the z3 still looks like the pricey option to other eyes
