N/W Christmas Doo

Guys and gals – book a date in your dairies for.

• SUNDAY 18TH of DECEMBER.

The day will be split up into two parts.

Part one. The morning doo.

• Our traditional Area Peaks ‘style’ Run
  
  Meeting on the westbound (towards Leeds) Birch Service station (M62 J18 – 19) at approximately 10am for a 10.30 departure.
  
  The route is to be kept a secret until the day when a ‘northy’ map will be handed out with the details on. Anyone who has been on one of my meets will know there will be a trouble with directions (hey Chris)
  
  The run will take a good 4 hours, and that’s including a lunch stop for a Christmas meal. Depending upon Pub availability.
  
  We should be returning to Birch Services around 3ish all being well.
  
  The driving will possible separated into two convoys as last year there were too many of us to keep together through traffic. If you have never been on a ‘club’ drive then this would be the ideal one for you.

Part two. The evening doo

• For those who came last year will remember how successful the bowling was at Middlebrook Stadium Bolton.
  
  I’ve provisionally booked 5 lanes for us, so its going to be a 8pm arrival for a 8.30pm bowling session. We should have around two – three games depending on who’s turned out.
  
  A meal is available starting at 6pm – 8pm for those who want it, but this will need to be confirmed below by you, as proper organisation will be needed.

I doubt I'll make either. Not up for an early icy run with all the plod out, and am too skint to bowl as I have a works piss up on the Friday, pissup with mates saturday and works chrimbo do on the monday!
