What' the Renault recommended interval for this? And what's the common sense interval, if you know what I mean?!
My car's done 34,000 miles in two and a half years since it was last done. I'm thinking it should be done again soon?

aye mate.
reno state 30k i think
Great!
Before I get someone else to do it and then you all tell me I've paid way too much, how much should I be looking at?!
it's 70k for the first one and every 40k after that. I pay £150-200 depending on what i'm having done, that also includes a full service...
Mine was done on 48k, now on 82k. So what kinda prices? Winston, I'm up your way soon, when can you fit me in? :P
good thinking, get Winston to do it, or if he's not up and running by then and your over this way gimme a shout and I can take you up to the place I use.
Will be up near you next week. Perhaps from Tuesday until the weekend, though dates aren't confirmed yet. Would be good to get Winston to do it
shouldn't be a problem, Winston can do all these jobs with his eyes closed, in the dark, in the rain with nothing but a paper cup, a toothpick and a bag of Quavers... he's A-Team trained
Also good practice to change the pulley and tensioners too, not just the belt.
If you buy the kit from Reno (about £80) it comes complete with these bits.
