    15" wheel trims...yeah, i said wheel trims!

    Right, i can't be arsed painting my 16v steelies because they'll no doubt rust again and they're only going on a 1.2 after all so i need a nice set of wheel trims but;

    can anyone tell me what renaults have 15" wheel trims as standard or better still, can get some or get me some pictures?

    Many thanks!

    Saw a 1.2 clio tonight with spinning hub caps on, CLASSY.

    Want my willie rims in exchange for steelies and spiners? LOL

    Just get your rims vapourblast and paint them.

    *crumbles to the mass opinion*

    Ok, i'll get off my ass and paint the wheels - it would look better i'll agree! The 'beast' is red with non-coloured bumpers...pics to follow once the wheels go on and i get it lowered!

    Some guy has actually offered me a complete cylinder head (so i can gasflow it) and flywheel (so i can lighten it) for 80quid...don't know if its worth the hassle though? It'll take about 700/800 to be done and would make this next year of ownership a bit more bearable but is it pointless do you think? I mean i am saving to go back to uni...

    Kinda! :D

    Theres been quite a few posts lately by those bandits on CS that "100bhp from a 1.2 can't be done" but i think it could, and relatively cheaply...it's just a question of wether i can warrent doing it what with going back to uni thats the issue IMO it would be a useful car...kinda VTR pace which is decent enough...from a 1.2 anyway!
