Viewing Putfile vids...

I have just bought a new Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop, but for some reason it wont play any of the putfile vids that most of you post in the correct colours. Its all purples and yellows and stuff. Other vids work fine. Its really starting to hack me off, cos i wana watch some Clios giving it some around the track but i cant be arsed to view em, when its all distorted like this.

Any advice??

hmmmmmm i think you need the right codecs??? not sure tho

do a web search for codecs and see what that brings

have you tried downloadin them then playin? if you can from putfile

No not yet. I have just downloaded the latest video drivers, which is about 4 months newer than the one already on my laptop, plus i updated the video bios. waiting on a download then i'll reboot it. Hopefully it will have done the trick.

If not, i'll try saving the file then running it.

get the latest codecs for media player from microsoft's web site, these will fix it.
