They're not too bad for rebuilds as long as the cases are OK though if you want the standard diesel ratios by the time its done its probably cheaper to buy a complete box. I get gearboxes for 30-40 quid a go 2nd hand.

you got the coilovers and wheels on yet then lad? can see this being a right handful at the next trackday... also depends how crazy you go on it as well! Turbo the size of Alaska should do it!
Yeah, got coilovers and wheels on, alighnment is out at the moment and exhaust scrapes and hits everything, bit noisey at the moment! Bit bumpy too, they aint setup yet, just thrown them on.
Will get some pic's up at the moment. I am really tempted to go for a bigger turbo, manifold, oil,+water lines but I should slow down with my spending.

one of my mates has a starlet gt turbo running around 170bhp and it does 15.03 on the qtr mile!
His mates av a load of starlets aswell and iv raced a couple of them a pissed on them and thats in a 2litre hybrid.
