    ...Get with the programme richy....Nana's bonnet is fibre glass and was originally on Tommo's Williams hence being blue.....

    Either using pins like mine or straps...yet to decide.....don't see why the original catch couldn't be fitted, would need molding into the fibre glass though I presume.

    thats why im asking gaz, might be a good idea to mould it in as the bonnet is made (to order of course)

    or u could always rivet one on ?

    i didnt know lol!!!! always wandered why the yellow was ditched for a bleu one, thought u was trying to be cool with a different colour bonnet!

    This particular bonnet has been made purly to save weight so it is very light and quite flexible so it would probably not be suitable for the catch, but i can find out. I am fixing it on with 4 bonnet pins. They can be made with strenthened beams in like a normal bonnet and can be fitted like gaz's but the price will be slightly higher. When it is finnished i will get a price that i can sell them for.

    Tommo, i would be interested how much you can get them for, could be a good bargaining tool for price also.
