Motorsport preparation in the South

Hi

New to the forum - just bought a MK1 16v and wanted to know if anyone knew of any good companies in the South East (i'm in worthing)who could both supply and fit parts to prepare it for trackdays/sprints and eventually circuit racing?

From what I know of Team think I wouldn't go there for any work personally.

I'm not going to say why on the forum as it could be seen as slander and the person involved with them probably won't want to be brought into the discussion.

thanks Guys. learnt something there "IIRC" I could have sworn that was somekind of infrared remote control!!
Team Think don't seem to offer prep - only drives or sponsorship.
Did a google search for sussex and found these guys www.balancemotorsport.co.uk they were very helpful on the phone and are local so am going to get down to see them to talk it through with them. I'll let you know how it goes.
