Can anyone recommend a company / technicians that can run onboard diagnostics test on a Williams 2 to check for issues / sensor faults with my ICU?

It's OBD1. You need an ancient XR25 thingy tool (I forget the exact name). Pain in the ass. What seems to be the issue?

When I hit 4000 RPM the rev limiter kicks in and I have no idea why.

There might be a problem with the engine management system or an electronic sensor that's causing the rev limiter to engage prematurely. This could be due to a faulty sensor, wiring issue, or a malfunction in the Engine Control Unit (ECU).
