    Timing belt tension

Any ideas on how to measure and obtain the correct tension for the timing belt? I've got a tool to measure belt tension, but it doesn't go up to the values shown in the haynes manual for the f7p timing belt.

Unless some one could point me in the direction of the correct tools.

Its a while since I did mine but I do remember that on the long side of the belt and after rotating the engine a few times you should just be able to twist the timing belt through 90 degrees by hand. I checked the tension before I removed the belt and it was tensioned to this measurement. I hope my post is not too late, good luck
