    No high spot as in surface damage. It wasnt obvious when looking at it, I couldnt feel it by hand but could see it with a disc mounted.
    I'll find out for sure tomorrow night when I get it mounted back on the car.

    Just put the freshly milled front hub back on the car along with the new pads and disc.
    Now runs straight as a die, problem solved, I'm happy now although it has cost me time messing around solving a problem that shouldnt be there.
    Image below shows the hub with the high spot milled off.
