Clio Williams Clutch Cables

Hello

As Renault are no longer able to supply new clutch cables for the Clio Williams (Part no: 6001025926) I am looking to get some made by www.venhill.co.uk . Does anyone have a genuine Williams cable, even if it has snapped, that I could borrow so this could be copied. I will reimburse any posting & packaging costs.

Why not just buy a Pagid one?

In one of the early threads I read that the Pagid cable didn't last long before snapping!

Its ok to copy though surely? Mine has lasted ok so far (famous last words!). Firstline ones are too long BTW.

hmmmmmmmmm its such a strange one!!! i had a dodgy pagid one, then a dodgy genuine one (too long ordered from RPD, paul told me it was for a valver and had to be modified to fit?) and then fitted a firstline one which fits perfectly and has been fine ever since????

I think the non genuine 1 I've got that has outlived 3 genuine cables & being used currently is a firstline part
