Is running 16" Clio 172 wheels safe? (Temporarily)

Long story short, I am awaiting the return of my williams wheels after an issue with the quality of the finish. I'd like to drive my car over the weekend and won't have the wheels back in time. I'm just wondering if I can drive the williams on my 172 alloys?

Perfectly safe as long as the car isn't ridiculously lowered
