Parcel Shelf Strings

Both my Williams have parcel shelf strings that are now too long. Time is the enemy and the old girls have saggy bits. When you close the hatch the saggy strings stick out! Any ideas on replacements? (At the right length of course)

3 ways of fixing it.

1. Try pulling them thought the bottom eye let a bit more then tying them off.

2. Get a Needle & Thread / Black Thread and sow in a pulling tag on an upper part of the elastic then pull down to right correct length you want, and then sow off.

3. Buy a New Shelf / Good Luck

Think I might get hold of some larger toggles from somewhere and reduce the length of the strings that way
