Looking to buy Williams Clio 1

Hey Guys, I'd be grateful if anybody could help me track down the owners of any minted Williams 1 Clio's the owners would consider selling, been looking to purchase one for a while, currently stuck between looking for an immaculate one with low mileage or picking up an average at best one and spending maybe 4 or 5 grand plus completely restoring it with full respray etc. What's your thought's guys? I'm wanting the car as a collectors item so it would be stored in garage for the rest of my life, maybe brought out once or twice a year. Amazing wee cars

Probably the resto route would be the easiest to get started on with regard to aquiring a car but the most frustrating there after.
