Bit miffed. Just called the UK bank's (Ha**f*x ) phone helpline to check on my account. The guy was rude and kept saying I was wrong about my details. I had to explain to him 2 to 3 times (he's sounded irish though) and he still did not come down from his attitude. If this the general standard of helpline service in UK; Outsource companies in India would be more than happy to take away those jobs. It's probably just as useless but more courteous about it.
