Oil pressure switch... Need the wire.

    Hey guys!

long time lurker here but now have a question that I have been trying to answer all evening but to no avail!

i have found a leak coming from the front of my lump, upon inspection it looks like it's coming from the oil pressure switch but not from the switch itself, but from the plug that the wire is connected to? I'm assuming the wire goes to the loom or somewhere?

i have been trying to find a replacement switch that came with the plug and wire but no luck! Or any suggestions on how to fix?

is it gonna be a stealer ship jobby?!

    thanks in advance!

    Steve

Why do you need the plug though? It'll be just the switch at fault if it's leaking, I've had similar before with water temp sensors & fitting a new 1 sorts the problem out

    Cheers for the reply bud!

Just as it looks like oil is actually seeping out through the plug itself but i guess if the switch is ****ed it might do that!

Gonna buy a new switch tonight and hopefully it will sort it!

Do i need to drain the lump to swap the switch?

    Thanks again!
