    Which Tyres?

    Hi,

I'm wanting to keep the original size tyres the Williams came with as new, but i'm struggling to find a good set. I'd ideally like Michelin ones as these came fitted as new, but what do you guys run? All iseem to find is 'everyday car' tyres at these 185/55/15 size?!

Remember, i'd like to keep it OE with the size on my standard wheels.

    Cheers

Going on people's recommendations, I went with Michelin Pilot Exalto 2's, at 195/50/15... Seem to be fine!!

I believe the PE2's are no longer manufactured but they were available in 185/55. They've been superceded by Pilot Sports now so try looking for those

I've been looking everywhere for decent 185/55/15s and there are none of the decent ones around now that used to be - PE2s, F1s, etc :(

Has anyone had any experience of the ContinentalPremiumContact 5 or the GoodyearEfficient Grip Performance?

I noticed someone was running the Dunlop SP Sports but I'm not mad keen on the brand:

I'm running Goodyear Efficientgrip performances on all four corners on the 225. They're the best tyre I've experienced bar none, excellent in the wet.

I'll be putting the 185/55s on #360 without doubt.

I ran them on the 175 I had Paul and I couldn't fault them

    Thanks for the replies, gents!

I might try the Goodyears, then, I've run F1s previously and been very happy with them so hopefully the EfficientGrips will be similar, if not quite as awesome when it's wet (Could drive like it was dry with the F1s on!)

I've just been having a quick look around for OE size tyres for someone & just about jizzed in my pants when I discovered that Yokohama AD08R's are available in 185 55 15
