Devil 'cup' Exhaust

Hi All,

I've been trying to find a decent devil system for a while, as I like the look and sound (but no luck as you can figure), however this has come up on ebay... are these worth the amount this ones going for? its seen better days, and doesn't look to be stainless.. just wondering if this is a realistic or under/overpriced..

yeah, didn't look like a ss to me.. either way, does it warrant the price u think? just after a guide as if its worth going for.. can these be refurb'd or brought back to life.. I know ss ones can be cleaned up to look new-ish..
