Radiator fan got a mind of its own!

Hi. As the title really. The fan kicks in whenever it likes. It can be sat on the drive and not running ( 3-4 hours since stopping in fact) and it will kick in and run for 10 minutes or so and the shut off and be normal!

any ideas why it's doing it?

Bloody irritating as it's flattening my battery!

The relay will be the cause of that, could also be 1 or both of the 2 sensors at fault too

can you tell me where they are and where I can get new ones from?

Are they easy to change?

The 2 sensors are on the thermostat housing & the relay is inside the relay box in the engine bay, all easily available from motor factors
