Phew, what a job! i don't think mine is as bad but atm it is sitting in the drive we me wondering what to do with it (see my other thread). Looking at the work you did that must have amounted to a very big bill? How much did it cost in total? (If you don't mind me asking)

Thanks, it's very sweet, and similar to the Williams performance-wise, except it's over 20 years older; it also drives well in the snow.

Not sure the OH would want me to paint the wheels gold though!

It cost a lot to fix the Clio, I don't mind you asking, but I don't want to answer, sorry.

No problem although I think you sort of have! That's a lot of work and I am sure that won't have been cheap. The issue is that the CW isn't worth that much yet and so, from my POV, for me, I either spend big and hold on to it for years or ditch it now and cut my losses.

Thank you. Depends what you want really. For driving experience the Porsche and Clio are neck and neck, for sheer usability and going anywhere you can't beat the Clio, but if it's smiles per penny spent, the little guy in yellow beats them both hands down...

Nice house and driveway as well.
Need to get my driveway and path re-done, what stone/pavers are they?

    Cheers,
    Simon

Thank you. I think they're Marshalls' Tegula. The key thing is getting someone good to put them in! (Ours aren't.)
