Williams off to be de-rusted

I did remove the dash yes as the sound deadening was soaking wet and the moisture was rising . When you remove the dash watch out for the bracket that is riveted near the steering column

Got the dash out today, absolute git of a job, no problem with the riveted bracket, it took ages figuring out that there was a hidden peg fixing with a wedge to firm it up right in the middle of the top of the dash. Haynes didnt see fit to detail this fixing.......anyway all out now. Scary amount of wiring on show........I hate wiring......

Hopefully next week some of the gaps should be getting filled in.
