Ive been looking for some williams BILSTEIN coilovers in prep for me track conversion. But to no avail, ah well.
better build quality/better tolerancing and full adustability mean more progressive damping. this means under dive conditions the suspension system is more controlled and therefore centre of gravity height doesnt differ much from the roll centr height. this basically means less traction is lost under braking. during steady state cornering the same progressivness applies. the main benefit is they are damp and ride height adjustable. ideally you'd also have adjustable camber and KPI.
i hate suspension as an area tho, so dont expect any expansion on this!!
i was lookin for some billies for a while....could only find gaz and ktecs jobs other than the AVOs...the gaz 1s dent the bonnet.always have, and i werent paying for ktecs unproven stuff...dont wanna be doin their r&d for em........so went with the avos......cant fault em either tbh........
