Wow Paul, thats simply stunning.
What a cracking job you have made of that, really nice 👍
Looks really really well that Paul.
very very nice there mate.
Did you manage to get a new rear tailgate strip or did you restore the original?
My only comment is you need to get them original number plates copied 100% and put the new versions on the car.
have you sent some pictures to the original owner ?
Wow amazing Some hard work has gone into that.
All you need now is a Bosch battery ;)
Excellent work. I miss driving mine a lot at the moment.
Cheers chaps!
I can't praise the body shop enough; their passion, attention to detail, patience and skill is second-to-none. They even repainted without fuss (and at no extra cost) areas that I slightly marked during the rebuild process.
The bump strip is reconditioned, I wasn't willing to pay the hundreds of £ that the new bump strip went for on eBay. The door cards/pockets are also reconditioned, look pretty good IMO. I'll post all the progress pics etc in the 'projects' thread.
I'd love to get the original reg plates copied, does anyone know who can do that? For now its got Renault Manchester plates on.
I'd forgotten to put the suit carrier on for the photos, I'm sure you chaps noticed it was missing!
As for a Bosch battery...
I've sent some pics to the original owner Northy.
Paul

I could look at those pictures all day. I have looked at those pictures all day. A lovely car, I do hope it's not so good you don't drive its arse off.
Great job......As for the Bosch battery reply Paul 👊🏻👍🏻
