    Immobiliser fault

Can someone advise please. Alternator just packed up on motorway, got it recovered after mechanic tried to jump start it & test it etc but now it wont start or turn over at all. All ignition lights come on & car locks & unlocks when I press button. Is there a sequence I can do to reset it please?

thats a cobra alarm - is there a red LED on the steering column cowell that flashes when armed / dissarmed?

They are now old alarms and pin pointing faults can be hard. Was it always ok before the alternator change?

We have not put the new alternator on yet. Maybe just get rid of the immobiliser?
Mat - best place to get a radiator. There are ones by a company called Advanced Radiators for only £55 but seems a bit cheap?
    Thanks

If it's the original cobra alarm, it's only 2 wires to disconnect it.

I would try and get a Valeo radiator.
They made the original ones, last one I got was about £118.
