A mate of mine 3 yeras ago converted an BMW E46 320cd from RHD to LHD.

It's not that expensive (if you buy used parts).

It's time consuming and it's only worth it if you do it yourself, because to pay for a job like that the bill is huge.

Here in Portugal you see lot of Uk cars in salvaged yards to be sold as spares.
