Cars not been used for 2 years, what to do?

So the Willy 2 that ill be getting next weekend hasnt been used for two years so Id like to know what you guys would do in order to get it back on the road. Im thinking:

Service (full or just an oil change)
    Check Tyre Pressures/walls for damage
Check brakes are in good working order
    MOT
    Tax

Anything Ive missed that you would look out for?

Yaaay you found a Williams at last
I would remove the spark plugs and crank the engine over, this will remove any load on the bearings at all and will be the most gentle way to circulate some oil around the engine and get that belt changed mate and give it a good service to

Cheers mate! Do you need to change anything else when doing the cambelt? With my 197 you had to do the aux belt and the water pump too along with two replacement Cam seals
