    horn help

Hi guys, another unusual issue. Horn just stopped working car hasn't moved, horn is in perfect working order,.tested it in situe with my test probe, there is no power going to it.via white wire, so.checked the fuse in the skuttle panel, fuse is fine but it's not getting power there either. Tested the part where the fuse pops into which.should give me.something. Is there any relays.for the horn?
Any ideas on where to go next

    Andy
