Throttle pin location

hey guys, just wondering how many clicks or notches should the pin be away from the end of where the cable comes out? if i was fitting a new cable.. thinking it must be a certain/set number give or take one either side as there cant be much difference between cars.. with a standard setup that is..

if you can be bothered to check or happen to know this fact.. a few replies would be handy as i can the mean between them (hopefully used that math term from school correctly)

Personal preference really as it determines the height of the pedal, just play about, drive it & adjust it until you're happy with it
