been getting a few new bits for the 5 lately some hing covers, new wipers, aux belt anti jump guide and belt, oil filter, plugs, sump plugs and rear molded badges

fitted my tax disc holder

sprayed black
then painted by hand
then lacquered

let dry over night then some finishing touches before fitting on car
not perfect but happy with the outcome

also got a new car for my car stand
and a couple of pictures of the car at ace cafe
Had a few problems with the wiring to the starter motor so sorted that out also had to bodge my oil return pipe as it had split so got a new one to fit
my turbo still looks very clean

just waiting on a AEM Wideband gauge and this lot will keep me busy for a day or 2
then i am ready to take it to Mark and up the boost and fuel
got a lot done this week fitted my pod with boost gauge and AFR, new fuel filter, oil and filter. choke cable, new oil return pipe, stainless front pipe and some new window clips for the rear window as i was driving and noticed it was flapping around

took the car to Marky again to get everything set up nicely the car was running very rich so carb had to come off and mark changed the main nozzle which had been drilled way to much in the past for a new standard one and drill the nozzle which should of been done
The car is now running 16psi of boost and is fueling lovely and pulls well to big thanks to Mark for his great work also bought a phase 1 forge tank for my 5 as mark was selling it at a fraction of the price.

got a few more little bits done had to move my header tank forward as i forgot i had a strut brace in the garage so got my mate to come round and weld and mod the tank bracket he also made me a heat and rain shield for my cone filter as i have vents in my bonnet so all good now also bought a battery cover for the drivers side to looks better then the gap

got my new alloy carb elbow from France looks good quality hopefully fit it later depends on the weather
