URGENT RECALL

Afternoon all,
Just wondering if anyone else has had a letter from Renault Saying There's an urgent recall on my renault clio... not sure if this was sent out in error as i cant seem to get an answer from my local renault.. maybe they buggered off early today..

im not sure what could be so urgent that a 19/20 year old car needs to go back for a check up.. lol

I had a letter from Renault sayin they didn't think the 137hp they blessed the clio 16v with was enough
I immediately dropped the engine out and fitted one with 280hp
Car is much better now I think they'd approve ;)

i think itl be the one for the mk2 bonnet catch recall....had 1 for the t last week.

funny......... over 10 years ownership iv never had a recall for the williams lol...1 year 182 ownership.1 recall

My other half got a letter this morning for the bonnet catch on his V6. £95 though....should be done for free!!

just an update on this.. was sent out in error apparently.. i told the bloke i was abit suprised to get a recall on a 20year car and explained it was a williams.. he just laughed at me... lol.. he thinks it was a lifestyle cockup rather than renault..
