Thought it was too much of a shame to turn it into a race car and so have bought a Williams2 for that purpose and am restoring this one. I'm combining all the good bits for a road car on one and using all the modded bits plus other parts here and there for the race one.

Has taken me a few years to graduate to this one. Cost £150 a month incl. water, power & light, used to check the local paper every single day and got lucky. What do you think of this video on my site http://www.racecarbuild.co.uk/video/, getting ready to have some organisation in there for both road and race builds.

You have. Very nice garage space there. Not much point doing up a rental space I suppose but that would look stunning with a bit of white paint on the walls and some flooring!
