    Run flat tyres

Quick question anyone - can run flat tyres with a slow puncture be repaired in the same way that norma ltyres can be?? Assuming the puncture is straightforward in the tread part and not the sidewall obviously....

Yes, they can be, technically. My boss has an R35 GTR, which runs on run-flats, and he has said he has had punctures repaired on tyres on it a couple of times (not that I'd risk it on any of my cars )

My fleet will replace any puncture on a run-flat with a new tyre, regardless of damage. They say it is for safety reasons.
