    Thanks Ian but the blue has completely rubbed off over the years and is more of a Black now! 🤨

    You can take the insert out and then get a blue colour match from halfords (close to the instrument colour) then apply the sticker and lacquer over it...jobs a good un.

    I think when packs was doing his he wasn't using the sticker...I think he masks the lettering in some way.

    Okay thanks Ian. Tricky to colour match precisely when I don’t have the original colour on the insert anymore 😬 so if you have any ideas....? D

    I had another look at Packs pics and he maybe using the sticker...it's a bit hard to tell because his pics are a bit crap.

    If he is refurbing with the sticker may as well get one of his because his colour match looks pretty good.
