Anyone know the difference between Megane and Williams f7r cams? Are they interchangeable?

Yes, megane has the mildest cams and willy the wildest, but not much.

These are the measurements of a very respectable french company which manufactures camshafts.

So for F7P it is 268/261 with 9.28/8.54 lift and for F7R it is 274/264 with 9.87/9.25 lift.

Of course there are and other things that effect performance such as lift at TDC,lobe angle,etc...
