Steering Column Weld Pic

Can someone please post the age old pic of a welded steering column please?

Need to get mine done and will need to illustrate what needs doing.

its pretty obvious what needs welding when its off? shouldn't really need a pic?

I don't have the pic, but basically with column off the car, hold one end, twist the other end and where theres give/its flexing, weld there

Is it difficult to remove the column? or can it be welded in situ? my steering rack is going to coming off the car so seems its a good time to get mine done

it can be done in situ, but its not a walk in the park, have to ensure carpet etc doesn't end up on fire etc ;) lol!

Is the welding done from the bay or inside the car?

How much is a new column? I think if I had to remove it would sooner just stick a new one in whilst I am on.
