williams 3 misfire? 3 cylinders? only when warm on 2nd drive

Hi,
I've just got myself a willy 3 and have a slight problem. the cars mint with 90,000 on clock.

Drives fine when you start it up idles nice around 900 and drives perfect. but if i start it up after my first drive e.g. go to the shops for 10 mins then get back in it to start it up again the engine is lumpy as hell. judders loads but still drives but with little power maybe only running on 3 cylinders, then after a few minutes engine goes back to being smooth. i think it might be electrical but im just a novice and need your help. I love driving cars but not too good at fixing them.

I've ordered new leads, plugs, coil pack, lamda, air coolant sensor and idle control valve as think it may be one of these.

Also revs are sticky coming down from over 2000rpm they sit at 1500rpm for a few seconds then come down.
