Worth Buying ? - advice on Williams 3

Hello all this is my first post and hopefully not the last .

A friends brother has a Williams 3 that hasn't been used in 4 years and he
Going to be selling it soon

It's a 3 owner car with 70,000 miles . Before coming off the road it had the following

Head gasket and cambelt change at Renault
    Gearbox rebuilt
    Steering column
    Fully poly bushed
    Uprated discs and pads
    Radiator
    Toyos all round
    Starter
    Clutch
    Coilovers

The above has done about 2,000 miles since being fitted

It was taken off the road due to hitting a deer , it only damaged the front bonnet grill and slam panel . He bought the above brand new from Renault so it's all there just needs painting .

It has the normal rust to the rear arches and needs a clutch cable I think due to a very low biting point ? also it occasionally didn't start due to he thought is a earthing problem.

It's obviously not taxed or mot'd

Does £600 sound good to you ?

    Thanks in advance

    Adam

If the remaining work can be done for a reasonable price, you'll have a bit of a bargain.

Clutch bite point could be related to the clutch pedal assembly needing to be replaced.
