whats the best stuff to use on the roof gutter rubbers to rejuvenate them? spray etc etc

Chemical Guys new look trim gel is good for things like that

I use this stuff on all of my plastics. It's permanent so you only need it the once. Expensive, but consider how much all of the other products you are using (and re-applying) add up to.

Still though would like to know if anyone has had a butchers at sticking the strips on rather than relying on the clips.
If the strips are not kinked too badly maybe they will sit flush with some silicon? dunno's
