I don't think you can do it from a phone, so PC or Mac only. You need to have the picture saved on your PC, click browse attachments and the add. Simples. Picture must be under 256k I think, but most programmes will allow you to compress or resize the picture so that the file is less than 256k.

Get yourself a Photobucket or Flikr account (i personally use Photobucket for ease) upload the pics into that,when the pics are uploaded they will have all the required links underneath them,just copy/paste onto your thread/reply
