    Another one bites the dust??

This happened today when going out for Sunday papers. Only 10 yards from front door, howling gale out side. The gate on photo blew into my path and I hit it end on at about 10 mph :( :( .

Aw that's never nice to see. It could be repaired, but not by your insurance company as it won't be cost effective for them to do.

You will have to fix it yourself, which looks as though it may cost a pretty penny to get it back to how it was pre-accident.

Hope you can get the insurance company to fix it.

It will not be an insurance claim as my excess is £300.
The gate only moved about 3ft but I hit it end on and bent the heavy steel gate as you can see in the pic.
Parts required on first inspection will be as follows if anyone has them available, let me know

Good 449 bonnet, front bumper, o/s headlight with indicator included.

Cheers Jon, I haven't started to strip it yet but on quick check it's just the bonnet and front bumper that I need and Specialist Breakers in Accy are getting a blue valver in this week and have quoted my a reasonable price for both.
