    Window washer problem

    MY windscreen washers have stopped working so thought this may be the pump in bottle but when i pull wiper stalk the wipers dont move either so thinking it is more likely the stalk is broken, any help would be great??

    or does anyone have either or both these parts and if so how much posted?
