    P/S conversion to manual ?

Has anyone on here converted their power steering rack to manual
by blanking/by-passing connections on the p/s rack off ?
Which connections need blanking etc ?

Blanking off won't work as your hydro-locking the steering rack in that case.
Why don't put a manual steering rack on?

I have run a line between the 2 ports on the steering rack and have filled the rack up with power steering fluid. I have blocked up all the ports on the pinion. Haven't had any problems so far but it's only had limited use.

Smaller por fittings were welded up.

    Hope this helps.
