Renault Clio 16v 2.0L Track car

    Renault Clio 16v
    1992
    875kg's approx.
    14.1sec @100.4mph 1/4mile time.

Although its not currently road legal, it would sail through an MOT with very little work. Last MOT'd 2009. Currently SORN'D. Comes with V5c document complete.

Reluctantly selling due to lack of time over the past couple of years to enjoy it like i used to! Many thousands spent on it!

    Full trackday specification:

    Fitted with "williams" F7R 1998cc 16v engine.
Group N ECU remapped, with removable chip carrier.
K&N filter element, in standard air box, with cold air feed.
    8mm Magnecore Leads.
Supersprint 4-2-1 stainless steel manifold and downpipe.
Stainless steel de-catted (legal for age of vehicle) exhaust system (side exit).
    AVO fully adjustable coilover suspension.
    Polybushed dog-done engine/gearbox mount.
    OMP strut brace.
OMP grooved and cross drilled 259mm brake discs, with EBC Yellowstuff (race/trackday) pads.
Goodridge braided brake lines front and back.
OMP 6 point rollcage, with harness bar.
    Sparco 3 point 2" harnesses.
Cobra Bucket seats on fixed alloy frames.
    Fibreglass Bonnet.
Polycarbonate windows all round, fixed with slider openings.
Custom lightweight dashboard, and door cards.

Very fast and nimble little car. Great fun on and off the track.

    Also comes with:

    4x (FITTED) 15" White "williams renault" speedline alloys with 2x Toyo T1-S 195/50 R15, and 2x Goodyear Eagle F1 195/50 R15

4x 15" White "williams renault" speedline alloys with Michelin SLICK tyres, all in good condition with plenty life left in them!

4x 15" White clio ph1 16v speedline alloys with Yokohama A048 SEMI-SLICK (soft compound) tyres.

    1x reconditioned clio gearbox
    1x new wishbones o/s/f and n/s/f
1x clio 16v subframe, stitch welded seams, powdercoated and painted.
    1x anti-roll bar
1x polybush set for all front suspension setup
    + Many other spare parts.

    Bad points:

Suffers from some rust on the subframe and along the sills. Nothing too major, as expected from a 1992 renault.

Needs a polish and paint touching up in a few areas (again its an old car!).

I'd have had it straight away if it was anywhere vaguely near me, but its no doubt over 1000 miles round trip with a trailer, by the time you take into accout the fuel and the cost of your time, effectively doubles the cost of it :(
