Channel works fine for me im using mirc 6.13 or something with nnscript, shame default port wasnt used but good work nonetheless.

Needs an @ in there though to set channel topic and perhaps a bot of somekind to autovoice, halfop op etc plus answer simple help questions.

Dam ive been using mirc far tooo long yes i am sad b4 anyone suggests it.
