Can I ask why isn't it done automatically? I had the same problems, as did the others on this thread however little/nothing seems to have been done to rectify the original issue.

The automatic renewal feature doesn't seem to work. A little annoying, but I can appreciate that people have lives outside of the owners club forum. That said, if we pay a fee, an acknowledgement would be nice
