I did notice at the weekend though that one of the mounting points for the aux fuel tank had rusted so badly the bolt securing it fell out.. so had to cable tie that up for now

The 1.2 sill Is longer than the 16v item so needed modification in order to fit. But the lack of 16v sills means it the only option.
Hopefully soon to have paint on
We are going to patch some re-informing plates on both sills just for a bit of added strength......hopefully that's the end of the rust!!!......well for now anyway! Lol suspect it will be back in a few years.... It's inevitable

Yeh hopefully apparently he's just put etch primer on what ever that is ready to put the whole car into primer for the weekend! Yay!!!

The 16v/williams kinks out just after the door (to allow for the wide arch) and the bottom section changes shape.
still looks good.... Just Northy has made me OCD
Yes this has been cut and adjusted to suit! Lol

Car is now in primer with guide coat applied before flatting...paint this week
